If you’ve ordered the audio book version of Toxic Superfoods, it should be delivered with a PDF document containing the tables and resources from the book. With most audiobook providers, you can just log into your order page, find Toxic Superfoods and look for a link to download the PDF. Most of them also have a link in the audiobook player app that can download the PDF
However, people have told us that the Audible (Amazon) version has made it particularly difficult to find the PDF. You used to be able to open the Table of Contents in the Audible app and find an entry at the top to download the PDF, but that doesn’t exist any more for some people. And if you log into Amazon itself, there’s no obvious place to find the PDF. But fear not, you can still get it!
First, you need to log into the Audible website (https://www.audible.com, or perhaps your “local Amazon” such as https://audible.co.uk) using the name and password you set up to buy the book. Then look for the “Library” and find Toxic Superfoods. On the right, there will be two buttons: “Listen Now” and “View PDF”. If you click the “View PDF” button, you can see the PDF in the browser, and it should give you an option to download it (so you can do other useful things like print it).
